Jessica Watson and Deloitte - building great leadership

We've always been amazed by the forming, storming and norming roles sailing plays for modern management practices. The sailing image from Sydney Harbour on our 'About Us' page is a case in point. Interestingly, Deloitte think along similar lines but took it further by teaming up with Jessica Watson, the remarkable young Australian woman famous for sailing solo around the world.

Transforming Jess from a solo top achiever into a team player and youngest yacht captain in this year's Sydney to Hobart yacht race is what this exciting project of building and experiencing leadership is about.
